Product Price on Customs form Yes or NO

Used for International Orders Only:

• If you're not sure, leave this at the default $6.00.
• Certain countries charge VAT tax to your customer based on the value of the goods sent.
• If your 'Product Price' (the field above) is a large amount, the customer MAY have to pay extra taxes.
• By default, we print the value of the package at $6.00 x Quantity (the replacement cost for fulfillment).
• We have always printed all required customs forms for all INTL orders.
• If you require the 'Product Price' to be printed on the customs form, select 'Use Value of Product Price...' to have your Product Price amount printed on the customs form.
