For a low fee*, we will import your data for you.

1. First, sign up and create your first project.
2. Look for the Project ID the TrepStar system has assigned. This Project ID is listed next to the title of your project when you're logged in.
3. Data Files: (two options)
   1. You may send us a USB Flash Drive(s) in the mail:
      • We make an exact copy of what you send. Do not send your only copy because we do not return them.
      • If you're switching to TrepStar, we accept shipments from your current fulfillment service. Send us an email to let us know which project# is being mailed to us.
   2. OR give us access to your cloud storage location (dropbox, google drive etc.):
      • Upload your .zip file or files folder to your cloud based storage. The zip file will be extracted onto the USB.
      • Grant help@trepstar.com access to your files (share it with us using our email)
      • Send email to help@trepstar.com to let us know which project you want us to set up.
4. Artwork files:
   • If you're mailing discs or usb drives to us, do not send us a separate one with your artwork files.
   • Easily upload artwork yourself: Please login and configure your TrepStar project, look for the green upload arrow buttons. Use that to upload your artwork .jpg files directly to the project.
   • Use our FREE art templates page.

Other notes:

• Don't send money now. Once we import your data, we will bill your account and you will receive an email stating your project is ready and approved. Then, login to TrepStar, order a copy and pay your bill.
• Once we receive your USB Flash Drive in the mail, or gain access to your cloud based files, will will import and configure your TrepStar project.
• Once we finish importing your data, you will receive an email with instructions.
• *Fee: We charge $10.00 (per USB flash drive) to cover some of our setup costs.
• Send us a working, tested copy of your master USB Flash Drive in the mail.
  WE DO NOT RETURN THE USB Flash Drive(s). If you really need them sent back to you, include an addressed return envelope with proper postage applied. We will charge a $10.00 handling fee to return your master(s) only if you sent us the return envelope with proper postage.
