USB Flash Drive Packaging Examples:
OPTION 1: USB Flash Drive in Premium Amaray Case with Artwork:
USB Amaray Case Inside View:
The inside panel artwork is optional.
The USB Flash drive uses our custom DVD case stle USB case.
The right panel contains a foam insert usb holder that secures the USB in place.
USB Amaray Case Outside View:
The Amaray Overwrap artwork is printed, cut, and inserted in the USB Amaray case.
This case is the same size as a standard DVD case so the same artwork can be used for USB or Disc.
OPTION 2: USB in Folded 2 Panel "EcoPack" in resealable plastic sleeve:
USB EcoPack Front View:
USB Flash drive inserted inside the 2 Panel folded artwork placed inside a clear resealable sleeve.
The folded 2 panel artwork forms a two sided cover that contains the USB Flash drive.
USB EcoPack Front Sealed:
One side of the 2 Panel image is visible from the front side of the closed sleeve.
The clear resealable plastic sleeve holds the entire package together.
EcoPack Back View:
The other side of the 2 Panel image is visible from the back side of the closed sleeve.
Lower cost shipping:
Single quantity orders placed in bubble mailer which can be sent at a low cost letter/flats rate if you choose standard shipping.
Thin, mostly flexible packages can usually ship at the much lower cost letter or flat rate (based on the USPS guidelines).
There is no tracking for domestic letters or flats which is part of the reason it costs less.
OPTION 3: USB Flash Drive in Clear Sleeve Zip Bag:
Custom Logo Artwork:
Logo artwork printed on both sides of USB.
Flash drive is placed in resealable clear sleeve (5" x 5" in size).
Lower Shipping Cost:
Single quantity orders placed in bubble mailer which can be sent at a low cost letter or flats rate if you choose standard shipping.

Other Examples:
- EcoPack Example (can contain a Disc or USB). Artwork is folded around the inserted USB or Disc. This is placed in a clear, resealable sleeve.
One advantage of this package is that you pay for a low letter/flats rate since this is lightweight and flexible.
This is a few dollars less than the 4oz parcel rate for CD, DVD, or USB case products.
- USB Examples. We print your logo on a clear label and apply to the white USB stick. We use clear labels so we can print just one at a time
for single quantity orders sent to your individual customers. They are manufactured and fulfilled on demand after the order is placed.
Most other services require minimum orders of 25 or 50 shipped to a single address.
We have no minimum requirement because we can print as few as one at a time (since we use clear labels).
- DVD Case Style USB Packaging. Package your custom USB memory stick in our premium glossy DVD style case. We use medium tack "glue dots" to affix the USB to flat panel of the case.
The USB can easily be removed without any damage to the USB. Customers like storing their CD and DVD media using the same size cases so our DVD Case size packaging is our most popular.
